Whether you know it as "faith formation," "religious education," "Sunday School," or "CCD" .....we at St. Jude The Apostle parish take seriously Christ's call to share our Catholic faith with one another and especially with the next generation. While nothing can replace the role of parents as "primary teachers of the faith," St. Jude's offers religious education classes for early childhood through high school as well as youth ministry activities and sacramental programs for our young people. Several intergenerational events throughout the year make it possible for parents and children of all ages to celebrate and learn more about their faith in a fun and creative way.
Because growing in faith is a lifelong process, we also have plenty of opportunities for adult faith enrichment, ranging from Bible Studies to short courses on Catholic basic beliefs, learning sessions for parents, formation for different kinds of ministry, prayer groups and retreats. Adults wishing to complete their sacramental preparation are also welcome, whether through the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) or Adult Confirmation classes or preparation for the Sacrament of Baptism.
You are invited to browse through our program links and contact the Religious Education Office for more information.
